The full studio is available for hire 7 days a week from 9am-8pm.
The full studio measures 18m x 5m so will comfortably accommodate groups up to 25 people or an exercise class of 12-15.
The studio can be split into two for a smaller meeting room hire. Due to access requirements the rear room can only be hired Mon- Fri, 9am-4pm, depending on availability. Hire outside of these hours can be made by arrangement.

One kettlebell, One goal: Get toned.
For anyone that has a kettlebell being used as a doorstop or just gathering dust, bring it along and take part in a Kettlercise class. This is a licensed class with lots of routines. Learn correct techniques, lots of exercises and blast fat! Experience required: None. Equipment required: Own mat, own kettlebell (email Chris for advice on what size is suitable for you), drink to rehydrate.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs and can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. It is even possible to practice the modifications of the Mat work in a chair (see our Sit Fit class below!). Pilates class for all levels. Adaptations and modifications to suit all abilities. We will progress to using Pilates balls, resistance bands and magic circles.

A more flowing style of yoga where the poses are not held for too long before moving to the next. Some experience of yoga recommended, but exercises can be modified to make them harder or easier as required. Equipment required: Yoga mat, small towel, drink to rehydrate. Practice is usually barefoot or in socks, not trainers.

Arguably the most popular and familiar style of yoga practiced in the West, Hatha Yoga traditionally combines the body, mind and breath moving through a variety of poses (Asanas) which are usually held for a time. Hatha Yoga classes can also incorporate elements of breath practice (pranayama) and meditation/mindfulness.

A slower paced Vinyasa flow class, ideal for those who are new to Yoga or wanting to practice more slowly and mindfully. This flowing style of yoga builds functional strength, flexibility and endurance in the body, and creates mental calmness and resilience. Classes incorporate breathwork and meditation to bring balance to the mind as well as body. Different options will be given to suit different levels of fitness and ability. Please bring your own yoga mat.
